For 17 years, I suffered from painful and swollen joints, painful urination, and constipation. I had gotten accustomed to my disease and was living with my pain. When I met Dr. Strande, I thought treatment would be another long road that leads to nothing but within the first week, I noticed a change that I had never felt in 17 years of taking traditional medications. I have been seeing Dr. Strande for almost 6 weeks now and the transformation is unbelievable! I am able to move around freely and no longer need assistance for getting in and out of bed. My name is Aleksandra. I am fighting breast cancer (infiltrating, intraductal, duck carcinoma) stage four which was spreading to my lymph nodes, liver, and bones. When I met Dr. Strande in the middle of March 2011, I was experiencing severe pain coming from my uterus. These were side effects from the Chemotherapy and Tamoxyfen. I also had a big pulsating tumor in my right ovary and cancer in my left breast and was scheduled to have a hysterectomy.
After starting to take herbs, amino acids, and supplements the tumor on my right ovary and the cancer in my left breast have shrank as much as 80%!!! The pain in my uterus completely disappeared within 1-2 days after taking herbs and I also noticed an improvement in my cognition. It was like if the clouds in my head disappeared so I can see and think more clearer!!! The color inside my green eyes appear to be more green and clean like never before; Pure like water. The big dark brown spots around my eyes and hands have started to disappear. Now it is almost hard to tell that it was ever there. There was liquid in my right lung that was causing a persistent cough. As soon as I started taking the herbs, the cough stopped immediately. During the treatment, I experienced slight constipation but the herbs helped to dispel many of the parasites in my excrements.
In the beginning, I didn’t understand this therapy properly, so I was making a couple mistakes here and there but now I know that amino acids are important to get rid of toxins and other junk we accumulate in our bodies over time. I am still on therapy and still have a slight problem with my urinary tract but at least I know I can trust Dr. Strande to help them be gone soon and most importantly, I am alive and well!.

Good afternoon! My name is Gabriela. I am 25 years old and I thank God and Dr. Aleksander Strande for curing the breast cancer (DCIS) found in my right breast. Since the beginning of June 2011, I began to undergo medical studies, ultrasounds, and biopsies. It wasn’t until I submitted to a CAT scan that the doctors informed me that I was in stage IIB. The tumor measured more than 2 cm. It was exactly 3cm and spreading to my auxiliary lymph nodes. I was scheduled for an operation to extract this part of my breast but in the month of August, I found Dr. Aleksander Strande and I told him about my health problems. At that time, I was requesting from my family and friends blood type O (-), since according to a blood count, I would be needing a blood transfusion on the day of surgery. I told Dr. Strande my symptoms and diagnosis and at that time drew up a concentrated bottle of liquid herbs to clean my blood stream and boost my immune system. After a couple of days of taking the herbal tonic, I returned to Mexico and went to my oncologist’s office, who was preparing everything for my surgery. This was the moment in which all my doctors and friends were amazed! I returned a changed woman. From my attitude to my state of health. My red blood count was normal and the tumor had reduced in size, for which surgery was NOT necessary!!! I appreciate Dr. Strande for helping me so much in so little time. Buenas tardes, mi nombre es Gabriela, tengo 25 años y gracias a Dios y al Dr. Alexsander Strande hoy me encuentro curandome de un (CDIS): CANCIROMA DUCTAL INSITU ubicado en el seno derecho, desde principios de Junio del año 2011 comenzaron los estudios medicos, ultrasonidos mamarios y biopsias, fue hasta que me someti a una TAC, Tomografia Axial Computalizada que me dijeron que estaba en etapa IIB, significa que el tumor en ese entonces media mas de 2 sm, exactamente eran 3 cms, y se estaba difuminando hasta los ganglios linfaticos axilires, yo estaba programada a una operacion para extraer esa parte de mi seno, pero en el mes de Agosto acudi al Dr. Alexander Strande y le comente me problema de salud, y para ese entonces yo estaba solicitando con mis familiars y amigos sangre tip O (-), ya que segun a una biometria hematica, yo nesicitaria una donacion sanguinea para el dia de la cirugia, pues, bien, el Dr. Alexander de acuerdo a mis sintomas y diagnostico a ese tiempo elaboro un concentrado de hierbas para limpiar mi torrente sanguineo, y fortalecer mi sistema immunologico, pues me encontraba muy debil y sin ganas de hacer practicamente nada. I found out today that the problem is that my doctor clipped my left ureter during the surgery. I am hoping it is just a small tear and can be fixed with a stint. Yo soy Mery, soy de panama y mi testimonio es que yo estuve muy enferma con una infeccion en mi oido izquierdo por 2 largos meses. Visite diferentes doctores sin recibir ninguna ayuda. Queria tomar el tiempo para agradecerle a Dr. Aleksander Strande por curar mi enfermedad. Tengo 24 anos y los ultimos 4 anos e sufrido de una infeccion urinaria que me attacka muy seguido. Afortunadamente me encontre con el Dr. Strande, a qien le doy gracias a dios por ponerlo en mi camino. Tuve una consulta con el, le explique mi problema y me ayudo.
Antes la infeccion me attacaba cada 2 meses y si acaso, algunas veses me daba cada mes, y duraba con dolor y ardor por largo tiempo. Tengo 5 meses que la infeccion no me da.
Las yerbas que me dio sabian muy feas, pero me decia “mi vejiga es mucho mas importante que el sabor de las yerbas”. Si tenia dudas, no muy bien creia que me ivan ayudar. Tuve fe, y me las tome como el me indico. El medicamente lo tomo por 7 dias, pero les juro que pa el primer dia ya no tenia ni dolor ni ardor.

I am a 62 year old male who was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia/CFS in 2003. In search of a cure, I made the rounds with numerous credible Western medical physicians and psychiatrists both here in the U.S. and one abroad. In 2005, I was placed on Social Security Disability. As promised, I wanted to give you an update on Gage after a full week of the total administering of AM/PM Herbs plus the GABA/Glycine mixture 4X
per day. He is doing very well--much improved. He had an MRI on Dec 16 where he had to go without food from midnight till 8 am and was not irritable at all. We were shocked because he is usually very cranky on those days because of the lack of food. We are now able to get the AM/PM's into him by mixing it in about 5-10 ml's of Xango juice (mangosteen & several juices combined). It almost completely masks the
flavor if there is not more than 1/4 tsp of the Herbs in it.
He still needs Valarian root at night to sleep thru the majority of the night (we know because it was forgotten the last couple of nights and he
was awake at 230 and 330 am). We have a tincture for the Valerian that we have been giving.
The GABA/Glycine mixture is getting low and do not think it will last till New Years. So if you could oplease send a bag of the GABA/Glycine
- same amount/strength as originally send, we would appreciate it.

I want to extend my most sincere and heartfelt thanks to Dr. Strande for
everything he has done with regards to my health and quality of life. Since
beginning to be treated by him my energy, vitality, focus, confidence and overall
sense of wellbeing have dramatically improved (and I thought they were all great to
begin with!).
Most especially, though, I want to thank Dr. Strande for doing something that
seems to be more and more lacking in today’s western medicine; he listens. My two
greatest fears are to one day be afflicted by the malady that claimed my father,
Alzheimer’s Disease, and to have to suffer through another agonizing battle with
kidney stones. Dr. Strande listened to my concerns and immediately put me on a

I am a 36 year old female. I Was diagnosed with hpv 20 years ago and had surgery to remove precancerous warts. I was never able to have children. Many years of my life I have been ill with something or other. Especially the last ten. In 2000 I developed a skin fungus covering most of my stomach, back and arms. so unsightly that I stopped wearing anything but long sleeve turtle necks. In 2003 I developed chronic fatigue. In June 2007 I became unable to continue work. I was so exhausted that I fell asleep while my client was talking to me. I referred everyone to another therapist. My health continued to decline. I saw several dermatologists for my skin condition. I was told there was no cure for the chronic fatigue. Nothing they gave me even came close to helping. Later that year I had major migraines several times per week. I had difficulty concentrating. Difficulty sitting up. Digestion not working. Getting out of bed was getting impossible. Lost all interest in life. Felt so out of control and helpless. In Dec 2007 a tumor began to grow on my left eyelid and in my nostrils leaving me with double vision, constant watering eyes and strained breathing. I remained in bed 18 hours a day, having food delivered and hired a part time LVN to assist me with the most basic activities. Fast forward 2 years to 2009. All savings about to be depleted, I sold my gold coins, furniture, and most belongings to buy an RV. It's a very cute, clean, house on wheels, but this is somewhat morbidly funny I thought, being I was driving with one eye open. Illegally parked a police officer knocked on the door my 3rd or 4th night and seeing my eye swollen shut and the pathetic condition I was in took mercy on me and let me park near the station. Got to know most of them around here. Later a few members from the church would help me. At this point I was considered severely disabled. Literally unable to tell you what day of the week it was.
Fast forward to January 23, 2010. I drank my 3 cups of coffee, just enough energy to go into a health food store. I walked about a few yards and felt myself get dizzy again. Leaned against a pole. I said "dear god, please help me" over and over. My prayers were answered 10 minutes later.
There stood Dr Strande giving McSessions ( immediate diagnosis by looking at you ) I was in line trying not to pass out and my turn came. He looked at my tongue and my eyes and told me ALL the health problems I'd been experiencing for years. He suddenly looked like an angel to me. Impressed and shocked for such and accurate and fast diagnosis, I booked an appointment for that week.
Driving was quite a challenge and I pulled over to the call boxes on the freeway a dozen times to rest. Eventually I arrived and was greeted. I was teary, and hopeless... at first. His energy was so confident and certain I Knew he would help me. I was sent home with the herbs and hope. I drove home optimistic but guarded.
A few days later I was getting violently nauseous and felt death would be more comfortable. Called to cancel treatment and left a message I was not returning. Dr Strande called me back and said yes I was. I begged and whined to quit and he insisted I come back and see him immediately. I did. He advised a remedy for the nausea. It worked well. After being scolded for non compliance, I drove home once again optimistic, already showing improvement.
Week two. I am suddenly awake in the middle of the night. Got up and stepped out. The stars were unusually stunning. Smiling I thanked god for this creation. I felt connected to the stars for the first time in years.
Week three, I now am a pro at taking these herbs. I fill my mouth with juice and at the tip of my tongue add the shot of liquid herbs. Easy with couple times practice and nearly tasteless this way.
Week four. My digestion is working almost normal. I was bouncing off the walls so much when Dr Strande saw me, he had to interrupt me, I was talking so fast. He is very skilled at correcting my erratic speech and interrupting negative or non compliant thought patterns. I feel protected. Gave me amino acids to nourish my brain. Me like.
Week five. Today March 10, 2010 saw doc today. I was so pleased to tell him my digestion is so improved. My chronic fatigue now gone completely. Feeling very hyper with so much happiness. Migraines are gone completely. Brain fog gone completely. I'm not even drinking coffee anymore. I can concentrate and remember even small details. I have returned to work part time. Having difficulty today with fear. It feels too good to be true. Doctor Strande reassures me continue as instructed and be more compliant. Fungus still persists, but I hardly care. I first want to start out and give a heartfelt "thank you" to Dr. Strande for believing in me, motivating me, and healing me through every step of my painful journey. I want to share my brief story in hopes that my words will impact someone else that is in pain and
seeking help.
Before consulting with Dr. Strande, I saw numerous M.D.'s seeking treatment for the many ailments that I had post Lyme disease. I was lethargic and depressed; had fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, pain in my knees, headaches, spats of vertigo, and sinusitis. To top all this off, I was a crack cocaine user with no sign of help from traditional medical practitioners.

I wanted you to know how pleased I am with the results to date of the treatment I have received. When I first saw you in May 2007, I was depressed, having anxiety attacks, chronic pain in my arms and neck due to Fibromyalgia, severe constipation and several herniated discs in my cervical spine. I met Aleksander Strande, Ph.D. at a meeting in Irvine, California in 2000. During the meeting he learned I was recently diagnosed with Osteoporosis. I had been treated for breast cancer in 1984 with a lumpectomy, radiation and adjunctive chemotherapy. One of the side effects of the radiation therapy is osteoporosis. Dr. Strande put me on a regimen for osteoporosis. In July 2002 I found a lump in the same breast, same location. While waiting for testing and staging, Dr. Strande started to augment my treatments at MD Anderson Hospital in Houston. I felt the herbs and supplements made my treatments easier on my body. In 2005 I developed hypertension and A fib were diagnosed. They found something in my upper lobe on a chest x-ray. Once again, Dr. Strande ratcheted up the herbs and supplements. With CT scan of chest and finally a PET scan they found not a sign of detectable cancer. Just scar tissue from radiation in 1984.
Since the check up they found a thickened area in the other breast that proved negative with a Thermogram, mammogram and breast ultrasound. In 2006 I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and thyroid dysfunction. I am using a CPAP machine each night. Dr. Strande is giving me new herbs to help my thyroid.
I am no coming up on 5 years of being cancer free. I am grateful to Dr. Strande and his skills of combining herbs, aminos and supplements to help me stay cancer free.

Dr. Strande, I cannot thank you enough. As you know my Grandmother was just out here visiting from Toronto, Canada for 5 weeks after having lost her husband of 60 years.
She is 80 years old with severe chronic emphysema and class IV chronic respiratory failure. She has severe calcific aortic valvular stenosis and is often lightheaded and dizzy. Her leaky heart valve cannot be fixed due to her emphysema. On top of that she has Alzheimer’s which is progressing from mild to moderate quite quickly.
Within days of arriving from Canada she was gasping for air and on oxygen treatment almost the entire day. She could not walk 5 steps without becoming severely out of breath (something similar to us taking a good hard run). Eating was next to impossible because that would take away more breath and quite frankly she didn’t have an appetite anyway. On top of that she contracted a lung infection on her travels here.
Traditional courses of medicine, including pills, puffers and oxygen were not helping and so we turned to you. Your doses of herbs, amino acids and supplements made her a new person within 3 days. Not only was she able to enjoy the rest of her visit here you have significantly impacted her quality of life and the way she will continue to function back in Canada.
Within those three days we removed her from oxygen. She did not need it at all unless there was extreme exertion and even then it was only for a few minutes. Where she needed it to get from the living room to the dining room, we spent entire days out doing tourist activities and we were able to leave the oxygen at home. She had previously been coughing and chocking and that ceased as did her dizzy spells and seeing spots. She was not eating, but the herbs you gave her to stimulate hunger together with her increased lung capacity caused her appetite to increase dramatically. Since she is 107 pounds and dropping, this is a good thing.
Lastly but certainly not least, what you did for her Alzheimer’s was amazing. Within a week we saw a person who could not remember where the washroom in our house was return to a functioning person who could have conversations more than, I don’t remember. As you know she was fully conversational but really couldn’t remember one moment to the next. Now she remembers what she did the day before, she remembers receiving emails and their content, she remembers what she needs to do in a day, where we are going and these were not vague recollections, she remembered specifics (names that you and I might not remember). There was so much more you did for her, including dealing with her osteoporosis, arthritis and giving her a little pep after the shock of losing Grandpa but this letter would go on forever if I didn’t stick to the highlights
So, how does a person say thank you for returning my Grandmother to me? She is one of the sweetest ladies I know and has already had the worst year of her life with the loss of my Grandfather. You returned not only her health but her hope. She was a trooper, taking the nasty tasting herbs with the best of them but I think she really liked being a hip California Grandmother and trying alternative medicine and when it started working she was hooked. If ever there was a testament to the effectiveness of what you do, she is it. And if my tiny Grandmother can take those herbs four times a day then anyone can.

In April of this year, I was diagnosed with Hepatitis C /Cirrhosis and was about to begin a journey of interferon, when I decided that there had to be a better way. I looked all over and one name kept returning to me, Dr.Alexsander Strande. After seeing my gastroenterologist, I told him I didn’t want to start throwing all kinds of junk like interferon into it. I realize it may be a bit delayed (but the information is always timeless), I wish to say thank you for Aleksander Strande, Ph.D.'s article "Childern and Emotional Disorders." in the March/April 2006 issue of Awareness Magazine. I appreciated the fact that, in this article, he mentions how there might be stress in our lives, but put yourself in your children's shoes, and you start to realize how much stress there is on them--that it's not enough to get a 4.0 average, but you have to be involved in this and that and leadership and rush rush rush.... I recall feeling incredibly overwhelmed from the time I was about 12 until 18, and even until I chose, at age 22, to not play that game just for others. I see now that there are years to accomplish many things,(either career or personal ) and even when I feel there isn't, it's not like I haven't at least tried to do what I feel is valid for me instead of others. How I wish I (or my parents....or someone, a counselor, maybe) had known about alternative healing practices like massage, herbs, homeopathy, flower essences, and alternative careers, instead of the usual "talk, talk, talk" of psychotherapy, which does no good unless accompanied by internal, emotional healing. That's where it all starts anyways. It would have cause me so much less anxiety and awful feeling, like feeling overwhelmed all the time, and "what's the use." Thankfully, such overuse of drugs never entered the picture; they hadn't been invented yet! So, thank you Dr. Strande for really saying and pinpointing the truth. I really appreciated it.

I am writing to thank you Dr. Strande and your excellent assistant Allison. You have fought for me. Not just for relief or to hide symptoms, but to be made whole again. You said your treatment would rebuild me, would cure me, and it has.
On the strength of other testimonials, I began treatment with you in early February, 2006. My history included depression, hopelessness, fatigue, inability to concentrate, inability to follow through on even simple projects, lack of memory, blurred vision, and mania. This was the strongest recommendation letter I had ever written and as I did so I thought, perhaps I should send a similar letter to you thanking you for allowing me to give such a recommendation. I can do so because I have seen your treatments work directly not once but twice. You healed my boyfriend of many ailments, but most significantly his bi-polar in three months where doctors weren’t able to do anything for him in 10 years.
As for me, I wanted to let you know that I just today received word that what you and I have been working on worked!!! As you know, I am a relatively young, healthy (in appearance) woman. However, my insides were not happy. For 10 years I have had pre-cancerous cells in my cervix due to human papilloma virus (HPV). A number of years ago the doctors removed them with laser, only to have them come back. They did not want to laser again because that would inhibit my chances of having children. My Aunt had the same thing and at 29 had to have a full hysterectomy. Since I haven’t yet had my children I surely did not want that to occur. A year ago, the news became worse, they did a test to determine the chances of my pre-cancerous cells turning cancerous and it came back as almost a certainty. I just got notice back, the cancer is gone!!! I have had this for ten years with no break, no hope and a month with you, it is gone. I have done nothing different but take your herbs. First, I would like to thank you and Allison your assistant for helping me in getting thru the illness I had and also for being interested improving people’s lives. Conventional Medical doctors simply don't have the tools to work with, only what the FDA gives them; crap pharmaceuticals, and they are too busy to care and too quick to prescribe anti-depressants to people. P.S. I'm sorry about the e-mail. I meant to send a regular letter, but I hosted 37 people for Thanksgiving and several family members throughout the following weekend. See, I told you I am better - it couldn't have been done before now!!
I am originally from Hungary and currently I live in North Carolina. My family, in particular my Dad is still in Hungary. Due to more than 30 years of heavy smoking he developed emphysema, and it was necessary to put him on oxygen, which he had to breath at least 15 hours a day. As a result, his daily activities were also severely limited and he became quite depressed. Worst of all, at a regular chest X-ray a suspicious, pre-cancerous spot was found on his lung -- the docs told him to come back for another X-ray in 3 weeks, and if the spot were still there they would start him on chemotherapy.
At that point, after a phone consultation with Dr. Strande, which I described my father's symptoms in detail, Dr Strande sent him herbs and amino-acids. After being on them for only about 2 weeks his need for oxygen decreased by about 30%, his mood drastically improved, and so did his ability to move about. When I visited Dr. Strande in early June, 2005, I had a very bad case of psoriasis and vitiligo. My dermatologist had tried several treatments and basically gave up. In early February 2005 I woke up one morning to find that my entire right leg was numb and tingling from my hip to my toes. I had no feeling in my toes at all. The MRI showed early stages of Multiple Sclerosis. A neurologist told me that it was called Transverse Myelitis (inflammation of the spinal cord), which combined with the results of the MRI now put me in a 50% risk category for MS someday. The neurologist wanted to start treating me immediately as if I did have MS; he gave me a list of the interferon drugs used to treat MS and told me to pick one. I was told these drugs only slow down the progression and lessen the severity of future attacks of MS. I have been addicted to the anti-depressant, anti-anxiety medication Paxil for
seven years. I have made several attempts to break the addictive cycle by

I want to thank you so much for the amazing treatment you are providing me with. I have always had so many little things "wrong" with me (basically for my whole life), and I was always the "unusual case" that doctors couldn't figure out. I have been to many doctors over the years for extremely painful lower
abdominal/pelvic pain with no relief. The doctors either ignored me, treated

My son has suffered from allergies since age 5+, he is now16 years old. He had been on different medications for his allergies for several years. Approximately in June 2003, my son had an allergic reaction to a medication prescribed for allergies (Allegra). He became super hyper and unable to eat or sleep. Over the last 5 or 6 years I have felt my general health and well
being
degenerate to a point of despair. I wasn't having any one well defined

problem, but a general break-down of health. My symptoms ranged from

Back in January of last year, I began having some very strange symptoms.
To
name just a few, I was lethargic, had difficulty sleeping, my limbs were
heavy, I had blurred vision, numbness and tingling throughout most of my

Before I started taking the prescribed herbs I was afraid to continue living, but I was also afraid of dying. I felt trapped in a living hell. I had been addicted to drugs and alcohol for many years and was extremely depressed. I felt suicidal and had anxiety and panic attacks that seem to have been going on for at least the last 5 years. I was experiencing a total mental breakdown. In addition to the mental issues, I was experiencing pain and physical symptoms that were really troublesome. My mother died of Alzheimers and my father of Parkinson’s disease and terrible wasting dementia. Since I cared for them for several years, I became acquainted with the symptoms and very aware of the terrible effects of these diseases. A few years ago I noticed some of these symptoms in my life. I was diagnosed as having ALS. I tried everything and nothing worked. I am going on seven weeks of naturopathic treatment with Dr. Strande. I just wanted to share with everybody the results of the treatment I’ve been doing since just before Thanksgiving, 2003. About mid-November, I was diagnosed with COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease). I had multiple symptoms, including dry cough, chest pains, rapid heartbeat, severe shortness of breath, inability to get restful sleep, anxiety and depression.
I started immediately on the program of herbs and supplements. I had been using a steroid inhaler, which I stopped after about a week of treatment. A few months back I searched the Internet for Naturopaths, and found your website, which indicated that you have more than 20 years experience with naturopathic medicine. At the time I was suffering from Hyperthyroidism and Immune Thrombocytopenia Purpura (ITP). I was very sick for 2 years and was desperate to find a cure, as I had tried everything else and no longer wanted to take conventional medicine.
You worked with me for 1 month, sending me herbal extracts and amino acids. I did exactly what you told me to do, and could not continue the treatment as I was unemployed and could no longer afford it.
The reason for this e-mail is to thank you for everything you did for
me because I now have NO symptoms of either disease. ITP is a bleeding

For several years I was a care taker of my mother who was suffering from Alzheimers.
This period of time was filled with frustration, hard work, and heartbreak. She
died about 10 years later. I was very familiar with symptoms of Alzheimers, such

This letter is being written five months since I met you. Today a friend came over and helped me paint my living room. This is something to celebrate! I would not have had the energy to do something like this prior to your treatment. To have my energy back is the greatest Christmas gift I could ask for. Thank you Dr. Strande for helping me and my family.
About a year and a half ago I had a car wreck that resulted in a whip lash and a head injury. I received help from a chiropractor, but after about a year I started deteriorating. I went to a local natural health practitioner and she said I had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I had classic symptoms of tightness around my head, fuzzy thinking, very low energy, sleep problems, frequent urination, some stiffness upon awakening, and numbness in my right foot. My symptoms would often vary day to day. This started me on the road to seek relief. There were so many directions to go and many dead end streets. My faith has always given me answers so I prayed and meditated for help to find the right direction. My husband is very proficient at researching the internet. He came upon Dr. Strand's web site. We e-mailed him some questions and the next day we called him on the phone. He assured me that he could not only help me get better, but could actually eliminate this terrible disease. He asked me a curious question. He said, "Do you want to get well?" I thought everyone that sought help wanted to get well, but he assured me that there are many people that fall in love with their diseases. I knew I wasn't one of those people. I am an artist and I have so many projects lined up that I won't finish them all if I live to be 100! I also have a husband and a 16 year old daughter that need constant attention. I did want my creative energy back and the ability to live life fully. CFS was robbing me of my energy and my future.
We had planned a vacation to California about the same time I met Dr. Strande. I didn't know if I even had the energy to make the trip. He assured me that he could send me some herbs that could help very quickly. After only a week and a half I had enough energy to make the trip. I had an appointment with Dr. Strande and went to his office in California with my husband and daughter. He also started my husband and daughter on an herbal program. He said within 3 months I could expect to be at least 75% better. This proved to be true.
My progress wasn't a straight upward climb, but at times one step forward and two backwards. Anyone with this problem has to have patience. He explained that I would start having more good days and fewer bad ones. This too proved to be true. Anyone that does this program needs to be consistent and diligent in following Dr. Strande's instructions. Four months later, I would say I am 95% better. I plan to continue Dr. Strande’s program to achieve complete health, including good nutrition and a daily exercise program.
My 16 year old daughter had not started her period, had sleep problems, bad allergies, and was often lethargic. She also had developed an unconscious habit of hair pulling. Dr. Strand put her on liquid herbs and some supplements. She was a typical teen and was not compliant 100% of the time. Even so, her period started four months later, the hair pulling stopped and she had enough energy to get an after school job!
My husband (age 48) had open heart surgery about two years ago. He too, takes Dr. Strande’s herbs and he is doing better than ever. He has a very intense job right now and even with 12 hour days he has excellent energy!

Words by pen and paper will never be able to describe how I feel toward the treatment and support that I have received from you and your staff.
I was diagnosed with Epstein bar Virus (EBV) over 12 years ago. A few years later in 1997 I was diagnosed as having Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. At that time I was told by the medical field that enough information was not available to be able to treat my condition and that I should change my diet and eating habits and get lots of rest. Three doctors later along with many frustrating visits, I was told that I would most likely end up on permanent disability. I was truly discouraged in the medical society that I had put so much trust in to making me well again. I was basically told to go home and get into bed and pull the covers over my head and never come out. But I refused to do this since I was at one time a very energetic person.
My CFS progressed to the point that in 2003 I wanted to die. Little did I know that I was now suffering from a case of Post Viral Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I had symptoms of severe debilitating muscle and joint pains along with crippling exhaustion and fatigue. I also suffered from vertigo, continuously swollen lymph nodes, ringing in my ears, hot and cold sweats, neck and shoulder pain, cold hands and or feet, twitching muscles, sharp shooting pains, depression, anxieties, irritability, peeling of the fingertips, lack of concentration as well as many other side affects from my CFS. All of that now has changed thanks to Dr. Strande, I am once again that very energetic person with none of the aforementioned problems.
Before I met Dr. Strande, I was not be able to enjoy one day of physical activity with my family without “paying a physical price” which was 4 to 5 days of sleep afterwards. By sticking with Dr. Strande and his program, I was able to completely heal, and now I continue to thrive in wonderful health. What is most important to me is that I have now been able to return to a normal way of life. My quality of life has so much improved that my wife continues to tell everyone that “she has her old husband back”. Dr. Strande really knows what the true meaning of a “Health Care Physician” is! Dr. Strande was an answer to our prayers. My eleven year old son had been diagnosed with Rolandic Focal Epilepsy since he was six years old and in the first grade. The Neurologist put him on medicine, which I decided was more detrimental to him and found a homeopathic M.D. who worked on him for years along with a modified diet. Unfortunately, when he was ten (a few months ago) he started having horrible seizures and his ADD was out of control. He was having up to 21 seizures per day that were very painful and dangerous. I want to thank Dr. Strande for my newfound freedom from Lupus, depression, anxieties, pain and fatigue. I have suffered from Lupus since 1998. It’s about time I’m writing this.
I am a healthcare professional myself. Before I began working with you I was suffering from a severe allergy to mold. This caused “brain fog”, depression and low energy. Thanks for working together to take care of the effects of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. I am delighted to give you and potential patients a very favorable report on the results of your powerful Naturopathic protocol.
First, I think it is very significant that at age 66, and after battling these complex illnesses for fourteen years, you have been able to make so much progress in bringing me back to better health. Before landing on your doorstep, I had pretty much milked the medical profession and much of the “alternative” community for solutions and by the time I met you, I was experiencing an advancing level of Fibromyalgia and a declining quality of life.
It is worth noting that after a very productive business life, I was forced into Long Term Disability at age 53 with a sudden onset of CFS and Fibromyalgia. In fairness to the many doctors and practitioners I engaged along the way, each one of them provided increments of forward progress and some symptom management. One doctor in particular kick started the treatment of my major allergies and asthma and prepared me for the “action” you encourage with diet and exercise.
Your Naturopathic approach to healing is very appealing because of how you loot at the whole person…. Physically, emotionally and somewhat spiritually. Your protocol of therapeutic doses of liquid herbal extracts, amino acids, shark cartilage, et al., is also very much in sync with my new attitude of healing chronic illness by bringing the body back in balance with mother nature’s products. What really hooked me was beginning to get results, pain and stiffness reduction in the first week; also, the calming of the nervous system and the boost in mental energy and outlook right away.
I am now so much better in all aspects including pain, sleep (terrible insomnia for years), anxiety, irritability with noise and traffic, sinus blockage, etc. There are so many prescription medications, especially anti-depressants to which I was intolerant or reactive. I am especially pleased with the good mental boost the herbs provide.
It is very important for you patients to know how important is there own participation in recovery. It begins with a positive attitude that this protocol is going to work where others have fallen short or failed. And it is critical to maintain your strict guidelines for diet and exercise. When I eliminated sugar, I not only lost an immediate ten pounds, but gained more energy. You pushed me with power walking when I did not feel capable. As you stated at the outset, your biggest challenge in healing CFS/Fibro comes in the final mile, often with the hormone system (thyroid, adrenals, etc.), which seems to be my case. In July 2000, my daughter Heather was 13 yrs. old and after a ruptured appendix she was diagnosed with the "incurable" Crohn's Disease. She was referred to a pediatric gastroenterologist in Dallas. We experienced 3 horrific years of traditional medical treatments. The prescribed drugs including the dreaded Prednisone and all of their side effects caused as many problems as the disease itself.
Heather suffered with Prednisone induced "moon face", diarrhea, continuous low grade fevers, abdominal pain, low back pain, gas, bloating, low energy, irritability, depression, headaches, loss of weight, anger, cessation of menstrual periods, and finally loss of bladder control. In March of 2003, at age of 16, she had stopped reacting to all of the prescribed medications and a colon scope was performed. The results showed that the Crohn's had now spread from the large intestine into the small intestine with 3 fistulas forming. One of the fistula was invading the bladder causing the loss of control. Heather was now unable to attend school. Her doctor told us that Heather's Crohn's was so severe that she could die if the diseased portion of the colon was not surgically removed. We knew that surgery was not a cure; Crohn's can start up again. We knew that surgery was just a step closer for an eventual colostomy bag. That was our greatest fear for our daughter. We felt there was no where to turn, no alternative. We left the hospital that day to consider the future for our daughter and to pray that we would make the right decision.
Two days later my sister-in-law faxed us an article she had just read that was written by Dr. Alex Strande "Beating Crohn's and Colitis". We called Dr. Strande that very afternoon and he assured us he could heal our Heather. The very next morning a package arrived with the herbs and natural medicines to begin our new hope. In just 6 weeks of Dr. Strande's treatment I had Heather weaned off all of the prescribed drugs, she had gained 12 pounds, the fistulas were obviously shrinking because her bladder was back to normal, she had no more fevers, and her menstrual cycle had started again. I first met Dr. Strande in August 2000 at a seminar he was giving in Charlotte, NC. After his lecture, he kindly assessed me using iridology. At the time, the only known health condition I had was severe allergies. Dr. Strande told me that his quick evaluation indicated digestion troubles and that I should come see him about it. It was not until February 2001 that I ended up visiting him, but only after a major incident where I found myself in the hospital for 12 days straight with Crohn's Disease. I have known Dr. Strande for about six years, when he practiced in Charlotte, North Carolina, and treated my eight year old son for asthma and eczema. My son was under his care for two years and responded very well to Dr. Strande’s natural medications. Since then Dr. Strande has also treated my younger son (who is now six) for hyper energy, my mother for osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis, and myself for severe burns on the arms, as well as lack of energy and incipient arthritis.

After having surgery, I was suddenly thrown into menopause. After visiting my medical doctor, she prescribed Premarin, Paxil CR, Ambien, and Xanax. As a result of this plan, I have lost in excess of 30 pounds, while normalizing my blood pressure (110/80—good for a 58 year old diabetic) and achieving a blood sugar level average of 110. Several months ago I developed epicondylitis (tennis elbow) in my right arm. I was treated by my primary care physician with medication and cortisone shots. Nothing worked, and he finally said that unless I gave complete rest to the arm, the elbow would never heal. He recommended disability until the arm healed, an unspecified length of time. I sought a second opinion from a specialist who tried various methods of treatment and physical therapy buy ultimately came to the same conclusion as the first doctor—complete rest. I was faced with a no-win choice of loss of income if I went on disability or possible loss of my career if I continued to use the arm, causing permanent damage (I am a writer who uses the computer daily).

I wanted to send the attached letter to your office, but we did not have your mailing address. I was glad to find your web site and e-mail address over the internet this evening and have decided to send it via e-mail. I hope that the letter expresses our appreciation for what you have done for Holly.
We understand the importance of continuing Holly's dietary and exercise regimen. She has made great improvements on 'compliance' in the last few weeks. She is eating well, exercising each day, and sleeping well. She is taking her herbs, etc regularly and adapting well to the once-a-day dosage. This past week has probably the best week she has had, since she fell sick with Lyme’s disease and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
We do not feel that continuing the treatment via telephone is the direction we should go now after you moved to California. We will start to 'wean' her off the herbs and amino acids slowly, as you suggested and assess her health appropriately. Though I do not have the training and expertise that you do, I so have the knowledge of my daughter and I have been studying herbal remedies for the last 2 years and I know quite a lot about it. I have to admit, at first I was a little skeptical at your holistic remedies. Since MRI's showed nothing and drugs were not successful. I have suffered from extremely distressing dizzy spells, headaches/migraines, and nausea attacks since being hit in the head with a wave in 1999. They would start with no warning, when I was at work, driving and even in my sleep. This would happen approximately every 2 weeks. I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for the dramatic improvement in Joshua's behavior. He has suffered from ADD/ADHD symptoms from the age of 3 until recently at 11 years of age. He had difficulty in focusing and using impulse control, particularly in a classroom setting. Homework was exceptionally challenging and we often both ended up in tears.
With only 3 months of treatment, his behavior had changed dramatically. We noticed a huge improvement within only 2 weeks of treatment. I am writing on behalf of Dr. Strande's amazing ability to provide a successful treatment plan for both my son and I in our conquest to find perfect health. My son, Micah, was born with multiple congenital abnormalities in physical as well as mental functions. My most prominent concern, when I met Dr. Strande, was that Micah was over a year old, no medical doctor in our area could properly diagnose his condition, and my family and I were struggling to remain healthy and sane. Most of Micah's difficulties lay in the fact that his brain was structured significantly differently than the average human being and meeting the basic needs of everyday life was a struggle for him. He could not properly digest any food, he did not sleep more than four hours total throughout the night, he did not make eye contact with any person, and exhibited many self stimulating and autistic related behaviors.
After our fist visit with Dr. Strande and the prescription of herbal supplements, I was astonished at the effects. His primary concern was treating Micah's brain dysfunction, but everything else seemed to fall into place. Micah began eating and sleeping normally, and over time his eye contact increased as well as strength overall. His presence became more 'in this world' and reachable through communication.

I’m a 46 year-old male who has struggled with depression, ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) and fatigue for years. I’ve been on medication for depression since 1991, and additional medication for ADD since about 1996. Despite medication, I’ve continued to struggle with depression. While on medication I’ve seen my weight grow from 165 to 225 pounds. I’ve had an ongoing battle with weight, sugar cravings, irritability, and muscular aches and pains (primarily back and neck, but also knees and wrists).
For about the first five years that I was on anti-depressants, I took Prozac alone. By 1996 I was taking 80 mg per day (considered the maximum safe dose), and occasionally taking 100 because the 80 mg wasn’t “doing it.” Contrary to what the doctors and scientists say, I could tell within a few hours if I missed a dose.
In 1996 a new psychiatrist switched me from Prozac to a combination of Effexor XR and Welbutrin SR for depression and added Ritalin for ADD. In about 2000, a third psychiatrist increased my dose of Welbutrin, and switched me from Ritalin to Adderall (an amphetamine) for ADD. For those who are curious, my regimen for the past two to three years has been:
Effexor XR 300 mg / day
Welbutrin SR 400 mg / day
Adderall 50 mg / day
This is a lot of medication, but it was what I needed to function. In addition to the meds, I relied heavily on caffeine (diet colas) to get through the day. On one occasion I tried to wean myself off these drugs on my own – the results were fairly disastrous.
The improvements I’ve seen under Dr Strande’s
care have been rapid, and dramatic. First treated by Dr Strande on October
11, we cut all three meds in half on October 21. On October 28 we cut
them in half again. On November 4 we discontinued them altogether.
I would have considered it a success if all Dr Strande had done was
get me off the meds and allow me to continue to function. But the improvement
just began there. In addition to getting off of these medications, my
mood has improved greatly. Even during the two week weaning process
I had almost no sense of depression, and my energy has been much better
since the first week I began taking his herbs, aminos and other supplements.
I was able to stop caffeine completely, although I now occasionally
allow myself a glass of iced tea or two during the day.
For the past several weeks I’ve been losing two to three pounds per week. While my sugar cravings are not completely gone, they are drastically reduced, and I’ve been able to avoid substantially all refined sugar (candy, ice cream, cookies, cakes). I’ve been able to exercise more, and recover from the exercise more quickly.

Dr Strande has been my Naturopath for 2 years now. I came to see him due to a number of symptoms that I was experiencing, and decided to go the non conventional way, and I’m very pleased that I have because the results have been wonderful. I can start with what my symptoms were and I can let you know what the success has been today. I came with depression, I was pre-menopausal, I had a lot of agitation and nervousness, my ability to concentrate was not there, my skin both on my face and on my body was showing aging. I have always been on the thin side, but muscle definition there. I have always taken good care of my skin, but I felt that it definitely needed quite a bit of assistance because it was starting to get wrinkly around the mouth especially, and then a wrinkle look around my eyes, which I’m not used to, as appearance has always been important to me.
After seeing him for two years, getting me on a regular daily regime of liquid herbs, I can see a phenomenal result along with really lubricating the skin, and making sure that he fed my brain with nutrients that allowed me to have better concentration. I am now a real estate agent, I have switched my career a year ago and have been very successful in that field, I think the concentration and the ability to think clearly has helped me tremendously. I've seen tremendous results in my skin it has, much more of an even tone, my skin is much smoother, the skin on my hands looks at least 10-15 years younger. Dr Strande has done wonders to the suppleness irregularities on my skin and has also made the skin look much more youthful. I would say that this regime I do made my appearance 10-15 years younger. I am a veteran of the Panama and Gulf wars. By the time I came home my mental state made keeping relationships virtually impossible. I have had depression for twelve years with the last couple of years being the worst.
